  • Colour, fonts, and images customization

The Process

  • The process begins with your initial inquiry on this website. You will be able to share more about your business as well as any specific requirements through a form. I review your inquiry to ensure we're a good fit for each other and I get back to you via email within 72 hours.

  • We jump on a call to make sure we are on the same page and you get to ask me any questions you might have. If that goes well and you still want to go ahead with your custom design, you'll pay the deposit, get a contract, an invoice and some homework (see below)

  • Yes, designing a website from scratch is a collaborative effort. I bring my skills and you bring the copy (text that goes on your website) and the images. It is important I get those before the beginning of your design project, if I don't, I'll have to reschedule you to the next available date and it will lead to additional costs for you. Yes, I do send reminders to complete your homework :)

  • The design project begins with me building your homepage which should take approximately 1 week then I submit it for review and continue to build the site.

  • You will first need to review the homepage on the second week of your design project. I will only accept revisions for the homepage that week. On week 4, I finish the complete website built and then you can start giving me your revisions. The last week (week 6) is the last week to give me revisions. We fit everything we can there.

  • By now, you should be pretty happy with how the website turned out, and we can launch it during a live call where I also train you on how to maintain your website. Please note due to my schedule those sessions can currently only happen Saturday or Sunday and they last max 2 hours

Client Love

Before working with Elisa, I was staring at a blank Squarespace site totally overwhelmed with everything I needed to do to get it looking like a professional website. Elisa made it seem easy. She was quick, knowledgeable and really responsive to feedback so before I knew it my website was up and running, ready to attract new business. I have no idea how many hours I've saved by working with Elisa, but it's a lot! The best thing was knowing it was all taken care of, and I felt like I could totally trust her. I highly recommend working with Elisa on your website!

Don’t wait till Universal Basic Income (UBI) kicks in...

There are so many people who need feminist businesses’ guidance and to find other businesses who can help them navigate the intricacies of white supremacy and patriarchy. The world needs what you have to offer but you know that until UBI kicks in, you need to be visible and a website is just part of that.

It doesn’t have to be awful though, you don’t have to spend hours playing in Squarespace just to get frustrated that it does not work –and they are legitimate things that do not work, and I can tell you or you can spend 10 hours searching– and that your website does not look quite right to then close your laptop and then never look at your website for 10 or 12 months while you are paying a subscription because you took on something that you were never meant to be doing in the first place.

FAQ

  • Are you looking for a website made from scratch and do you vibe with what you see on my website? If yes, then it probably is.

  • Six weeks, I have a rigid plan to ensure we just get it done. That means I am letting you in on what happens at each step of the way early and then we respect the deadlines religiously for six weeks. I don't like to create a false sense of urgency, but a website is a big project and I will expect you to be committed for six weeks which I don't think is a lot to tick of a big project off your to-do list!

  • Not, at this time, it might change in the future, but it will clearly be laid out in my contract.

  • It will depend on what plan you choose.

If you choose to pay 2000 euros, I will take 50% today and 50% when the project is done.

If you choose to pay in 3 instalment, you will pay:

    1. 670 euros when you agree to work together

    2. 670 euros at the start of the project

    3. 660 euros at the end of the project.

If you choose to pay in 4 instalments of 500 euros:

    1. When you agree to work together

    2. At the start of the project

    3. At the end of the project

    4. One month following the end of the project

  • We might...

One option I have for you is to start with a one page website at 500 euros that you pay in two payments, so it will be 250 euros for each payment. In fact, that's one reason to book a VIP Day rather than a custom web design.

At this time to ensure equity pricing for everyone involved in the transaction, I cannot go under that price.

  • Yes, you will be paying for Squarespace during our project and and you will need to continue paying Squarespace after the work is done. In exchange, they host your website content, they ensure your website is secure, up-to-date and give you access to their website builder which means you can make updates pretty quickly and easily. They also have 24/7 support via chat and they can also be reached out via email.

In addition to this, your domain is paid yearly either directly to Squarespace or your third party service provider.

If you decided to go with Squarespace Scheduling or a Google Workspace subscription for example, those are also additional fees that you will pay on a yearly or monthly basis ( I do personally recommend getting a separate Google Workspace account)

  • I don't believe in being the "expert", I believe in a shared learning experience. I am incredibly humble and happy to take feedback onboard. But to answer your question, I have designed two websites so far (the one you are on + a client) and took Paige Brunton's Square Secrets course.

  • Nope.

  • Absolument! Je peux travailler pour vous en français. Mais je ne fais pas de site web bilingue pour l'instant.

“She has been my tech angel.”

Working with Elisa was effortless and I'm so grateful I chose to work with her. She has been my tech angel! If I'd attempted to complete the work that Elisa did for me alone, I would've cried, screamed and given up! I really appreciated her expertise, patience and care.
